An Assistant Operations Manager is required to join on of the UK’s leading Ground Investigation companies to deliver a wide range of projects predominately in the Midlands. You will assist the Operations Manager in the running of a multidisciplinary office with a focus on GI projects including many high profile projects. You will be quality driven and lead the offices Health and Safety standards and ways to improve current practices. As part of your role you will also be involved in the development of new business and promote all areas of the business; experience in a client facing role is essential.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A relevant degree and extensive Ground Investigation experience
- Knowledge of UK H&S laws including CDM Regs 2015
- Hold SMSTS or equivalent is a minimum
- Previous experience in project financials and the tendering process
