Associate Director

Access have partnered with a boutique Geotechnical end Environmental firm who are looking to expand their Senior Leadership team by taking on an addition Associate Director in their head office. Our client has recently gone through a growth spurt and requires additional leadership engineers to assist with he day to day running of the business, including business development, and the running of the engineering and services team. Our client is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, having completed thousands of projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be expected to be heavily influential and involved with the operational, commercial and engineering teams to take the business to the next step. With a headcount of 25, our client is seeking an AD that can take the business forward and grow team numbers over the next few years. The perfect candidate will be able to blend their time between man management, technical management and bid/tendering processes, utilising their management skills to drive the business forward to more continued success.

Suitable candidates will have:

• 10 + years experience in the Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering sector
   
• Experience managing their own time and more junior members of staff
   
• A blend of commercial and operational experience
•  
• The right to live and work in the UK
   
• Based in the Greater Manchester area
