About the Company
We are working with one of our GCC-based clients, an established international design and consultancy practice with a strong portfolio across the Middle East and international markets.
As part of their continued growth, they are now opening a new studio in Bengaluru, India. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at an early stage of its expansion and become the first landscape architecture appointment within the India studio.
The successful candidate will play an important role in establishing the landscape capability in India, with the opportunity to help build the team, shape the studio culture, and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
About the Role
The Associate Landscape Architect & Resident Studio Manager will combine senior landscape architecture and project leadership with responsibility for supporting the development and day-to-day running of the Bengaluru studio.
Working closely with senior leadership in the GCC, the successful candidate will lead the delivery of landscape projects while helping establish the processes, team structure, and culture required for the new studio.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced landscape architect who enjoys both design leadership and team development, and who is motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

The position offers international project exposure, direct interaction with senior GCC leadership, and the opportunity to influence the development of the team and studio as the business grows.
