We are seeking a qualified Domestic BER Assessor to conduct energy assessments and ensure compliance with current building regulations. Based out of the Waterford office, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and efficient BER assessments for residential properties. There is a clear pathway for the right candidate to progress towards Non-Domestic BER Assessor qualification.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site BER assessments for domestic properties
• Ensure compliance with up-to-date building regulations and standards
• Prepare and submit accurate BER reports and documentation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide guidance on energy efficiency improvements
• Stay informed about changes in building regulations and energy assessment methodologies

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

• Certified Domestic BER Assessor
• Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in BER assessments
• Strong understanding of current building regulations in Ireland
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in energy assessment software tools
• Engineering background is advantageous but not mandatory
