A well respected blue-chip client of Access has requested a skilled BREEAM Assessor to join their team. Our client has gained a substantial amount of momentum in the past year. Due to this, the result is an expansion in business size, constant adaption and development of the markets needs and evolving with the current technologies being used within the industry.
Our client is of medium size but constantly proves that they are more than capable to compete in the same leauge as some of the larger names within the industry. With that being said the work that our client takes on is always varied, challenging and rewarding. They pride themselves on keeping up with current sustainability issues and how to become even greener throughout any project they are involved in.
Some of the work that will be conducted by the Assessor will be, Delivering BREEAM Assessments, Support the construction teams in collating and completeing the required BREEAM evidence for certification, Sustainable design analysis, Organising and chairing meetings with the complete design team and Produce reports to the design team and BRE. Their main purpose will be conduct sustainability assesments, use the most current BREEAM assesment procedure. Conduct pre-assessment, design stage and post/final construction assessments through to cirtification, along with providing sustainability related consultancy to the companies clients.
Some of the work
To meet the requirements for this role you must have the following:
- 5+ Years experience - Technically Compitent
- BREEAM Assessor Qualifications
- BREEAM AP
- Great communication & presentation skills
- Previous managment experience
- A thorough knowledge of Sustainability related legislation, standards and driver within the industry
