CSA Project Manager

Our client are currently on the search for a 3+ years experienced CSA Project Manager, with a strong Fit-Out background. Their reputation in the current market is industry leading, with opportunites to work across Centreal Europe (Netherlands, France and many more!). The company is growing year-on-year with forecasts to triple their revenue in the next three years. The suitable candidate can come from either a Site Management or Package Manager background with a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of CSA fit-out projects for data centers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Health & Safety: Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on all project sites, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and contract administration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing CSA fit-out projects, preferably within the data center sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
