Key Responsibilities:

- Implement robust measures to monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Identify and assess financial risks associated with construction projects.
- Foster effective communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software for cost estimation and financial analysis.

- Polish Speaking ability
- Understanding of Polish Legislation
