Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software for cost estimation and financial analysis.
• RCIS Membership
• Polish Speaking ability
• Understanding of Polish Legislation
