Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Employee-owned business Civil Engineering consultancy, who provides technical services to clients including construction firms, transport agencies, local authorities, engineering consultants and private clients in Glasgow, Scotland and throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Highways Engineer. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking business that aims to develop pragmatic solutions that save money for their clients.

Key Requirements:

- Proficient in either AutoCAD or Civils3D.

- Working towards professional membership (ICE/CIHT) or Chartered.3 – 4 years’ experience

- Degree in civil engineering or equivalent

- Junction design and safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help to build out the team

- Supporting Senior staff within the projects / Schemes

- Detailed knowledge of Highways and Traffic Engineering to have the ability to assist to develop schemes from inception through to completion.

- Supervising assistant engineers, along with co-ordination of project delivery where other design teams or service areas are involved.
