Instrumentation and Control Engineer

Access Talent are working with the overseas arm of the national oil company of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an experienced Instrument and Control Engineer with experience in large to mega projects in oil and gas. 

In this role you would be working with the biggest name in the industry and one of the largest companies in the world, working on mega projects with values into the billions of dollars, working closely with some of the best engineers of multiple disciplines in the world, to solve problems and come up with innovative and sustainable solutions to design problems. You will be a key player in projects, the likes of which cannot be matched by any other company. You will be responsible for providing realistic and practical technical solutions to operational engineering challenges, evaluate existing and new manufacturers for technical compliance, liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities, and working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other international personnel.

Key Requirements

• Educated to degree level
• In-depth knowledge of basic instrumentation and control engineering in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry
• Experience in the field of instrument selection in relation to process applications
• Knowledge of international standards, especially related to ISA, ANSI, ASME, API, NFPA and IEC
• Excellent written and verbal English
