Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Access Talent Group are working closely with a leading M&E contractor in the South of Ireland.

With the rapid progression of technology and pharmaceuticals, out client is trailblazing a path in providing building services. After filling their order book they have the next 3+ years filled with exciting projects worth €10M+.

Our client are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience in the commercial sector. A successful candidate will need to be versatile in both in office and on site working. Our client is looking for someone with post contract, tender package and managing experience. The successful candidate will also need to have a versatile means of transport.

Key Experience:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Quantity Surveying or Engineering degree
• Experience working on multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and IT market in the post contract phase
• Willingness to progress and learn quickly
