Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Access Talent Group is working with a busy development company in Dundalk that is looking to add a Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate, final-year student or junior QS looking to gain strong hands-on commercial experience across live residential and commercial development projects.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to projects from initial cost planning and procurement right through to construction and completion.

The Role

As Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across a number of active development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with cost planning, budgeting and project financial managementSupporting procurement and subcontractor package administrationPreparing and reviewing valuations and payment applicationsAssisting with cost reporting and financial trackingSupporting the commercial management of projects from inception through to completionLiaising with site teams, subcontractors and suppliersAssisting senior members of the commercial team with day-to-day project requirements

What We're Looking For

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or currently completing your final yearGraduate or junior-level candidates are welcome to applyStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood communication and organisational abilityA proactive attitude and willingness to learnFull driving licence and access to your own vehicle for site visits
