MEP Quantity Surveyor

LOCATIONS INCLUDE: AMSTERDAM, WARSAW, FRANKFURT, BRUSSELS, COPENHAGEN AND BERLIN

With the huge demand of large scale MEP and voltage facilities, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Central Europe. The company has a huge grasp on Voltage and Mechanical projects in both Ireland and Europe.

They are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on large scale projects in the Europe worth a minimum of €100mill+. They are looking to bring in a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has knowledge of the electrical and/or mechanical industry to help on a wide variety of unique projects.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Considerable Experience in Large Scale Build, with a Main Contractor
• Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
• Knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
• Knowledge of MEP sector and the reasons for certain projects
