O&M Manager

Our Client is a well know large utility who are known for their work on large scale offshore and onshore wind projects all over the world. 

They are currently looking to recruit a O&M manager to look over the O&M strategy for newly developed projects. 

Role

• • Operate the local offshore wind farms and follow up with the KPI´s established for the operation
• • Oversee the contractors and main service providers, which includes the supervision of the work on the sites and contract management
• • Organize the daily maintenance activities and perform monitoring reports• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and safety standards
• • Actively look for continuous improvement 

Requirements

• • Professional Bachelor or Industrial Electrical Engineering
• • Experience in the operation of onshore wind farms
• • Knowledge of electrical systems
