Project Lead
Access Talent Group is working with an expanding small, friendly, design driven practice; A UK and International High-End Residential firm in London up to a value of 1.5 million luxury apartments and renovations. Additional Pool Design, New Builds and contemporary residential projects- From small extensions and remodelling of period properties in and around London to new build houses around the UK.
Key Requirements
- 3 Years’ UK Experience
- 3 Years’ Post Part 3
- ARB or RIBA Registered
- UK Regulations experience
- 2+ Years’ Effective communication of Projects (Independent Running of Projects)
- Vectorworks (Non essential but very useful)
- Project Values up to 2 Million
- Tender Documents and complete Planning Applications
- UK Driving Licence
