Access have partnered with a global civil engineering and geotechnical consultancy who are expanding their tunnelling team in the UK. Our client operates in over 50 countries worldwide, employing close to 60,000 people across a wide range of sector and services disciplines including transportation, defence, geotechnical and environmental engineering and oil and gas. Our client is currently undertaking a global recruitment drive, particularly in the competitive Geotechnical and Environmental teams in the UK - due to an increase demand for their services in North America, our client is looking to take on a new Associate level Tunnelling Engineer to manage the technical element of projects in Canada.

As an Associate Level Tunnelling Engineer, you will be expected to manage the technical design aspects of a new tunnelling projects in Canada, and assist is the organic growing of our client’s tunnelling team in London, with a view of specialising your team in overseas projects related to their specialist discipline.

To qualify for this role, applicants must be:

  • Principal/Associate Level Tunnelling Engineer currently
     
  • Chartered Engineer Status
     
  • French speaking – to a work/professional level
     
  • Available for planned travel to Canada for short periods
     
  • Based in the UK – preferably South East England, but all locations considered
