Project Manager

Access is excited to be working with a UK main contractor, who have recently started expanding their highways division. Their core goals are to build a strong team with good ethical values. They are currently working on projects valued between £10k & £4M.

The successful candidate will take the lead on a programme of schemes in and around the Basingstoke area. You will be expected to take the lead liaising with operations and commercial managers for Project Controls, change management, Planning, and risk management, whilst maintain accurate and appropriate records including completing and promptly returning end of shift reports.

To be the successful applicant for this role you will need to have:

• Relevant industry qualification: NVQ/HNC/HND/BEng or equivalent experience
• Construction Manager's CSCS card (Level 6 and above)
• Experienced at producing programmes, RAMS, CPP, WPP, EMP etc
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and mentor employees to achieve exacting standards of compliance.
• NEC 3 & 4 Experience
• Right to live & work in the UK
• Full UK Drivers License
