Quantity Surveyor

Access is currently working with a leading civil contractor, who operate globally and are looking to expand its team based in the centre of London. They are looking to progress there UK operations as quickly as possible projects already based throughout the UK & Ireland. At the start of 2022, they had an order book of over £2bn. 

Our client expects the successful applicant to take the lead on multiple projects around central London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to have strong inter-person skills so that you can liaise with other members of the team as well as speaking with clients whilst reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. The projects will primarily be utilities and water work. To be a successful in this role you must have:

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Full UK driver’s license
• Experience in civil projects as a QS
• Experience with NEC 3 Contracts Option A & B
• Experience working with Aconex and cost loader.
