Access has partnered with a great SME based in County Kildare. Due to the vast amount of project work they have been winning, they are expanding their team and therefore need a Senior Architect to join and help run the team. The practice consists of 8 Architects but with this recruitment drive, they are projecting at least an extra four people to be within the team. Projects range, from large residential developments, school extensions/ regeneration, healthcare, and commercial development. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their Architectural skills as well as being involved in business development.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the director to constantly develop the business by winning new work, therefore an experience in this is essential. You will also be managing a team of architects so you will have to demonstrate you have successfully done this previously.
Experience:
- 8+ Years architectural experience
- Proven knowledge of Irish building and planning regulations
- Successful managerial experience
- Experienced at work winning/ business development
