I’m currently partnering with an award-winning, internationally recognised design studio to find a Senior Design Architect to join their Dubai team.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a practice renowned for delivering large-scale, high-profile projects across the Middle East and beyond,from iconic mixed-use developments to landmark cultural and hospitality schemes.
The Role:
- You’ll play a key role in shaping concept design and leading creative direction on major projects, working alongside a world-class team of designers.
- This is a hands-on, design-led position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
What they’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in architecture, with a strong design focus
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional concept and early-stage design work
- Experience working on large, complex projects (mixed-use, masterplanning, hospitality, cultural, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior designers
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
- International project experience is highly desirable
