Senior Flood Risk Engineer

Access Talent Group are recruiting for a large international design consultancy in the Manchester office. Our client is looking for a Strong Senior Flood Risk Engineer with a focus on the water sector.

This leading design consultancy is looking for a strong senior Engineer, preferably chartered to lead a team of flood risk engineers. This is a fantastic team to develop your design and appraisal skills whilst getting exposure to business and commercial cases whilst developing your line management skills as a senior engineer. This role will still be very design focuses to problem solve and maintain your technical delivery whilst.

If you have any following areas of expertise, I would be interested in speaking to you. Flood risk Engineering, Flood risk modelling, Civil Engineering within the water sector, Hydrology, GIS, Costal and flood risk defence, Dams and reservoirs EA and Environmental planning.

Key skills

• Ideally 7 Years UK design consultancy experience
• Have an MSc or MEng in Civil engineering, Hydrology, Water and Environmental management.
• Have or be close to achieving a professional body accreditation. CEng or CIWEM
• Line management experience with experience of mentoring junior engineer.
