Senior Mechanical Engineer

Join a globally recognised multidisciplinary consultancy known for delivering some of the world’s most complex and innovative projects. Their Building Services team in Dublin is expanding, and they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead a team and work on a variety of Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects. This role offers exposure to major international projects, career progression, and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers on large-scale Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
• Develop and deliver mechanical design solutions for complex building services systems
• Use industry-leading design software to create innovative, high-quality solutions
• Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with international and local standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and regions

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in building services design within an Irish or UK consultancy
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES)
• Experience delivering Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
