Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor for one of the biggest contractors in Ireland working on exciting large scale projects in Dublin.
With the consistent need for large scale Mechanical facilities, our client has the biggest projects in Dublin. The company, founded in Cork and now having a global spread are looking for a Senior Mechanical Quantity surveyor to play a massive part in their development.
They are looking for an Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work on large scale projects in Dublin worth a minimum of €15M. After a rapid growth in recent years, they are looking to bring in a good quality Quantity Surveyor to help on these large scale projects.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Vast experience in Irish Contracting
- Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
- Vast experience in main contracting
- Vast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
- Knowledge of building and commercial projects
