Senior Quantity Surveyor

Access Talent Group have partnered with a leading consultancy in the Irish Construction market, who are seeking a senior quantity surveyor to join their Dublin based team. Since its inception over 20 years ago, our client has consulted over project and cost management elements of projects across sectors, with an emphasis on residential and commercial projects. Joining a well-established team, our client offers an exciting range of projects and offers a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious projects.

Candidates are required at least 5 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor, with experience in residential or buildings preferable. Candidates do not need to have previous consultancy experience but must be willing to learn and develop your knowledge of a consultancy. The successful candidate would be working largely on large- scale residential builds and will be involved at all stages of the project. To be successful in this role you must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ quantity surveying experience preferably with a main contractor
• Previous experience working on residential or buildings projects
• Experience in either Ireland or the United Kingdom
