Senior Quantity Surveyor

Access have partnered up with a multi-disciplinary UK contractor who are looking to expand their commercial team based just outside of the London area. Our client has vast experience in the civil engineering sector and are a trusted contractor in the South. My client works on projects valued up to £70 million and are part of a larger tier 1 contracting group.

Our client expects the successful applicant to take a lead on multiple contracts around the Southeast London area. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to be a strong team player who can drive projects forward to delivery in a cost-effective manner. These projects will vary from drainage, S278, Blacktop and streetlighting. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who has experience in the project types mentioned.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Full UK driver’s license
• Experience working on highways projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Experience with NEC 3 or 4 contracts
• Experience in working concurrent projects.
