Senior Technician

Access has partnered with an award winning SME with a unique opportunity over in Gibraltar. Due to the constant projects being won, and the business slowly expanding, they are looking for a Senior Technician to join their team. The practice offers sustainable architectural services, along with interior, urban design, and master planning. They have developed a diverse range of projects within the portfolio, including residential, commercial, leisure and civic projects.

The successful candidate will be leading a small team so managerial experience is essential. You will also be working on large scale residential projects so having a portfolio that shows this is essential. Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will have great knowledge of building regulations in either the UK or Gibraltar.

Experience:

• 10+ Years within the industry
• Technical experience
• Great managerial skills
• Use of REVIT, BIM
• Ability to relocate to Gibraltar
• UK building regulation knowledge
