In this role, you will lead the development of transport models using industry-standard software, analyze data to inform infrastructure planning, contribute to business development activities, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading client and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Post-graduate experience in transport modelling and traffic analysis
- Proficiency in software such as VISUM, SATURN, and Junctions 9/10
- Strong understanding of transport planning guidelines and current standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
