Urban/Master Planning Director

Access Talent Group is working with one of the leading Multi-Disciplined Architecture firms in the UK offering HYBRID work - A scale of 5-2500 residential units, the firm offers a range of design styles that humble a sense of unique flare and opportunity to have a personal input upon the projects.

You will be expected have 4 years’ post part 3 experience with a solid background in project and design management, you will need a significant Urban/Masterplan orientated career: whilst being capable of communicating effectively with client and the internal team. The Firm is friendly and offers a warm atmosphere whilst maintaining focus on the project at hand.

Key Requirements

• Part 3 RIBA/ARB Membership
• High-end luxury residential project experience
• UK Regulations experience
• Effective communication and project co-ordination skills
• Experience leading projects and liaising with Clients
