Access Talent Group are actively looking for a Warranty Surveyor for a client based in London but have offices nationwide. They require an experienced surveyor to join their growing team.
You will work closely with builders and developers to ensure the construction or conversion of buildings is in accordance with our technical standards and Building Regulations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking site inspection work to ensure/assess works are being undertaken in accordance with approved details and specifications.
- Assessment of design information and the undertaking of Technical Audits for incepted policies specifically appraising projects for suitability of structural stability and integrity against water ingress.
- Reporting to the Technical Manager on all matters.
- Preferably fully qualified and affiliated to either; CABE, CIOB or RICS
