Architect

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running projects from concept through completion, demonstrating leadership, technical expertise, and creative vision. Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural projects independently, from initial concept to site execution

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and construction documentation

Oversee design integrity and adherence to regional standards and regulations

Manage timelines, resources, and communication across all phases of the project

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including substantial work in the Middle East

Strong portfolio demonstrating independently managed projects

Proficiency in design and documentation tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Deep knowledge of local codes, regulations, and cultural context
