Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CSA components, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor CSA professionals, providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with design teams, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Enforce quality measures, conducting regular inspections.
- Develop and manage CSA project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as a key contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proven experience in CSA roles for data centre fit-out projects.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with German construction standards.
- English Speaking Ability
- Polish Speaking Ability
- I-Paf (scissor lift certification)
- +2 years experience working on European Data Centres
- 2-3 projects completed previous
