CSA Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works for fit-out projects, from planning through to completion.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Programme & Budget Control: Ensure CSA works are delivered on schedule and within budget, managing any variations.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, building regulations, and health & safety standards.

Site Supervision: Monitor progress on-site, resolving any issues and ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

Subcontractor Management: Work closely with specialist subcontractors, managing contracts and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience managing CSA packages, ideally on data centre, commercial, or industrial fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive progress on-site.Willingness to travel to project locations across Europe if required.
