Director / Equity Partner – Residential Surveyor (RICS Registered Valuer)

Most surveyors wait 15 years for a seat at the top table, if it ever comes. This one comes with the job.

My client is a well-established, RICS-regulated residential surveying practice on the Fylde coast. They’ve built a loyal client base and a strong local reputation over more than a decade, and now they’re ready to grow. They want someone to lead that growth.

This isn’t a “senior surveyor with a fancy title” role. You’ll come in at Director / Equity Partner level and work alongside the current directors.

What you’ll be doing

• Level 2 surveys, which make up around 70% of the work
• Residential valuations, plus some Level 3 and other instructions
• Leading the expansion of the business
• Helping shape where the business goes over the next few years

What you’ll bring

• RICS Registered Valuer, AssocRICS as a minimum (MRICS welcome)
• 5+ years’ residential surveying and valuation experience
• Hunger to step up into leadership and ownership
• A friendly, down-to-earth approach that puts clients at ease and that people want to work with
• Full UK driving licence
