Our client is a thriving, medium-sized multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. With a robust Ecology division already in place, they are now expanding their Marine Ecology team. With offices nationwide, the company is renowned for delivering high-quality environmental solutions and is passionate about supporting and developing its staff. They are now looking to grow their Marine Ecology division with talented individuals to further strengthen their established team.

About the Role:
As part of the expansion of the Marine Ecology team, the company is seeking professionals from diverse marine environmental backgrounds, including Marine Biologists, Marine Ecologists, Marine Scientists, Marine Taxonomists, and Marine Environmental Project Managers. The role will involve working on a variety of marine environmental projects, with an emphasis on marine ecology, survey work, and data analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-established team, where cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing are encouraged. Successful candidates will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects across different sectors, contributing to the continued success and reputation of the division.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A degree in Marine Biology, Marine Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related fieldExperience in marine environmental work, with a focus on ecology, surveying, or related disciplinesStrong knowledge of marine ecosystems, biodiversity, and marine species identificationExperience in project management and delivering marine-related environmental projects is advantageousExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to workingFor Marine Laboratory experts and scientists, ideally located in HampshireCandidates must be open to working across the UK, with a flexible approach to location and travel
