Position Overview:
The Fit-Out Project Manager will oversee and manage the interior fit-out phase of high-value data centre projects, ensuring seamless execution to meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a candidate with proven experience in CSA disciplines who can lead complex fit-out processes on data centre sites while maintaining close coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage all fit-out activities, from planning through to project handover, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Team Coordination: Lead the fit-out team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project objectives with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain fit-out schedules, ensuring all phases align with the overall construction timeline.

Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in fit-out finishes and materials.

Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of safety.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding fit-out matters, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.

Cost Management: Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and procurement teams to manage fit-out costs and resource allocation.

Documentation: Ensure all fit-out documentation, reports, and handover processes are completed accurately.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, ideally in data centre or high-tech environments.

Technical Knowledge: Strong background in CSA disciplines, with in-depth fit-out expertise.

Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Skills: Proficiency in project management software, excellent organizational and communication skills.

Certifications: Relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
