The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of building projects from inception through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Managing and valuing variations and change control
- Conducting cost analysis and value engineering
- Preparing interim valuations and final accounts
- Supporting contract administration and procurement processes
- Providing strategic commercial advice to clients
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 3+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Chartered or working towards chartership (SCSI / RICS) desirable
- Experience working on main building projects in Ireland is highly advantageous
