Residential Valuation Surveyor

Access Talent Group is currently recruiting for an experienced AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to bolster the award winning team based in West London. Our client is a well-established multi-disciplinary firm, and are offering an excellent opportunity for career development.  

Requirements: 

• Undertake residential property valuations for mortgage lending, private clients and other purposes.
• Carry out property inspections and prepare accurate, detailed valuation reports.
• Assess market conditions, comparable evidence and local property trends to establish accurate market values.
• Manage a varied caseload of residential valuation instructions.
• Maintain strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, clients and other property professionals.
• Ensure all valuations comply with relevant RICS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Meet agreed productivity targets and turnaround times.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the valuation team.
• AssocRICS
• Registered valuer
• Must have proven experience working on a variety of residential projects
• Home buyer reports Have an in-depth knowledge of RICS rules and regulations
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
