As a key member of the landscape team, you will have the opportunity to shape projects from conception through to delivery, bringing creative ideas to life whilst ensuring quality and excellence at every stage. You will take a leading role in developing design ideas and solutions, collaborating with colleagues, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will have the freedom to bring your own perspective, influence project outcomes, and support the development of others. Key Requirements
- Strong design skills and experience in Landscape and Visual Assessment (LVIA).
- Proven ability to manage projects independently across all stages, from concept to delivery.
- Experience across a range of projects, ideally including healthcare, education, and public sector developments.
- A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- A well-rounded understanding of landscape architecture, combining creative vision with strong technical and practical knowledge.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership and lead independently.
- Confidence coordinating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
