Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential landscape projects from inception to completion.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring designs meet the highest standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, confidently addressing their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in team and project leadership within the residential landscape sector.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills, particularly with high-end clients.
• Strong technical and design abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects is essential.
• Chartership is desirable but not essential.
