A leading, award-winning multidisciplinary design practice is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their growing team, with roles available in either Gloucester or London.

This practice operates across multiple UK offices and is recognised as a certified B Corp, underpinned by a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility. With over 50 industry awards to their name, they are widely respected for delivering high-quality, design-led work across education, healthcare, residential, commercial, and public realm regeneration projects.

Their landscape team is integral to shaping places that are both meaningful and enduring—balancing creative placemaking with robust technical delivery. Projects range from complex urban regeneration and masterplanning to detailed, landscape-led schemes integrated within wider architectural and engineering frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape design from concept through to completion
  • Deliver landscape appraisals, LVIA work, and contribute to planning submissions (including appeals where applicable)
  • Produce high-quality technical packages and detailing
  • Act as project lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Support on-site delivery and uphold design intent
  • Work collaboratively across architecture, planning, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
  • Strong creative design skills with a passion for people-centred spaces
  • Experience in technical detailing and site delivery
  • Knowledge of landscape appraisals and LVIA (appeal experience desirable)
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and KeySCAPE
  • Confident leading projects within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits & Culture

  • Competitive salary with bonus structure
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Private healthcare and more
  • EV car scheme
  • Excellent CPD and career development opportunities
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • Active and social workplace culture including:
  • Weekly Friday social club
  • Sports teams and activities
  • Company quizzes and events calendar

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, sustainability-driven practice delivering nationally significant, design-led landscapes. If you're ready to step into a senior role where you can lead projects and shape meaningful environments, this could be the perfect next step.
