Senior Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fully logic-linked Primavera P6 programmes from pre-construction through delivery.
• Work closely with project directors, construction managers, and engineers to define construction methodology and sequencing.
• Monitor progress against the baseline programme and produce short-term lookaheads and recovery plans.
• Carry out critical path and risk analysis, identifying potential delays and mitigation strategies.
• Provide programme impact assessments for changes and variations.
• Prepare clear programme reports, narratives, and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Maintain programme integrity and planning best practice across the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Planner or Project Planner role with a main contractor or general contractor.
• Strong hands-on experience using Primavera P6 (essential).
• Background delivering data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to work closely with site teams and influence decision-making.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
