Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to make your mark on high-quality residential and commercial builds? We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, growing contractor known for delivering exceptional projects across Ireland.
Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established team and take commercial responsibility across a portfolio of exciting developments. If you're confident managing end-to-end QS duties and passionate about construction quality, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
- Oversee cost planning, contract administration, and procurement across multiple projects.
- Provide commercial and contractual support from tender to final account.
- Manage subcontractor negotiations and valuations.
- Work closely with site teams, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.
- Ensure project costs are managed effectively while upholding safety and quality standards.
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, ideally within residential and commercial construction.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects of varying scale.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost control principles.
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
