Technical Account Manager (Sales-Oriented) – EMM & MDM Solutions
£60K–£85K base + 25% commission (OTE up to £118K)
For this role you will join one of teh best known and admired brands in the world – a global leader in enterprise mobility, security, and analytics solutions. As a Technical Account Manager you will bring your strong sales and technical expertise in MDM/EMM solutions to drive customer success and business growth across the UK public and enterprise sectors.
In this role, you’ll combine deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver outstanding service, lead deployments, and expand revenue within key accounts.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end MDM/EMM solution delivery (Samsung Knox, SOTI, Ivanti, etc.)
Act as the trusted technical and commercial partner for enterprise clients
Drive renewals, upsells, and account growth across key industries
Support RFPs and tenders with both technical and sales input
Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute account strategies
What you’ll bring:
Extensive experience in technical account management, solution/sales engineering, or enterprise IT delivery
Proven background in on-premise MDM/EMM deployments
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship management skills
Familiarity with UK public sector or regulated environments (NHS, Government, etc.)
