Job Title: Welder
Location: Arundel, West Sussex

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a busy, well-established manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with TIG aluminium welding experience to work on a variety of projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG aluminium welding across a range of projects.
Operate and maintain workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Uphold high health and safety standards at all times.
About You:
Minimum 3 years’ TIG aluminium welding experience.
Strong understanding of workshop machinery and fabrication techniques.
Reliable, committed, and able to work well in a team environment.
Proven longevity in previous roles is highly desirable.
Hours & Benefits:
Standard hours: 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime available until 6:00pm.
Permanent, full-time position.
