Architectural Technologist

The studio is based in Charleville and delivers a mix of residential and commercial projects with an emphasis on technical quality and coordinated delivery. You will join an established in house team of architects and technologists in a collaborative studio setting. 

The Role
• Produce high quality technical drawings specifications and coordinated models from early design through planning tender and construction
• Lead Revit based documentation and model management ensuring accuracy and consistency across work stages
• Coordinate with structural MEP and fire consultants and manage information flow and approvals
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning permissions and support quality assurance reviews
• Attend site as required and respond to contractor queries with clear technical guidance
• Contribute to internal standards templates and mentoring of junior team members

About You
• Registered Architectural Technologist in Ireland or eligible for registration with the RIAI Architectural Technologist Register
• Proven Revit proficiency with experience delivering medium or large scale projects in a practice environment
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations detailing and specification writing
• Confident communicator who can collaborate with consultants contractors and clients
• Organised proactive and comfortable working to agreed deadlines while maintaining technical quality
• A portfolio that demonstrates clear buildable detailing and coordinated documentation
