Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading design consultancy in Ireland, seeking an Assigned Certifier to join their expanding team in Dublin. In this role you would be expected to act as the Assigned Certifier for a range of projects, ensuring compliance with BCAR regulations, manage and oversee the inspection plan throughout the construction process, coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to building standards and review and approve inspection reports, certifications, and supporting documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Chartered status or eligible for Chartered status is desirable.
- Experience as an Assigned Certifier under the BCAR regulations.
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
