Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading design consultancy in Ireland that is currently seeking a BCAR Engineer to join their expanding team in Dublin.
Renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions, this consultancy provides a collaborative environment where engineers can take ownership of regulatory compliance, contribute to high-profile developments, and play a key role in quality assurance processes across major building and infrastructure projects.
As a BCAR Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) and coordinating the inspection and certification process across multiple projects. You will work closely with design and site teams, manage inspection plans, maintain accurate records, liaise with Assigned Certifiers, and ensure all statutory obligations are fulfilled throughout the construction process.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
- Proven experience in BCAR processes and building regulation compliance.
- Strong understanding of construction quality assurance and certification procedures.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
