CAD Technician

Access Talent Group is partnering with a highly regarded engineering consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Civil CAD Technician to join their growing civil engineering team in either Dublin or Limerick.

This consultancy is recognised for delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across a range of infrastructure and public realm projects. They provide a supportive and collaborative work environment where technicians can work on meaningful assignments, develop their skills, and contribute to impactful engineering outcomes.

As a Civil CAD Technician, you will collaborate closely with engineers to prepare detailed drawing packages for planning and construction stages, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and support the efficient delivery of civil engineering design projects.

Key Requirements

• Qualification in CAD, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a CAD Technician in a civil engineering or consultancy setting.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus).
• Sound understanding of civil engineering design principles and drawing standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to meet project deadlines.
