A respected, design-led landscape architecture studio is seeking an Experienced or Senior Landscape Architect to join their growing team. Known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects across a range of sectors, the practice offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and creative environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong design skills, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to help manage projects and lead small teams. Chartered status is not required — the studio values experience, initiative, and a passion for landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of projects at various stages
Manage small teams and mentor junior staff
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes
Contribute to the studio’s evolving design culture and creative ambition
