Graduate Architect

This position is ideal for a Graduate Architect (RIAI Part 2 or equivalent) who is eager to gain experience across multiple sectors and project stages. You will have the opportunity to work on a mix of design and technical delivery, supported by an experienced team of architects and technologists. The studio promotes a collaborative, office-based environment where initiative and enthusiasm are valued.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to design and technical development across retail, commercial, and residential projects
• Support senior architects with planning, tender, and construction documentation
• Prepare detailed drawings and assist with project coordination
• Liaise with consultants and team members to ensure design and technical quality
• Engage with the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion

Skills and Experience
• RIAI Part 2 or equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of professional experience as an Architectural Assistant or Graduate Architect
• Solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, knowledge of BIM is an advantage
• Experience within commercial, retail, or residential sectors preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude

Location: Dublin City (office-based)
Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 (DOE)
