About the Company:

This employee-owned multidisciplinary practice is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join its growing landscape team. The practice is known for its collaborative approach and diverse project portfolio, which spans various sectors, including energy infrastructure, waste, minerals, and commercial developments. With a focus on sustainability and innovative design, the company offers an engaging work environment with a small but rapidly developing landscape division.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will primarily focus on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), making experience in this area crucial. The role will also involve conducting feasibility studies for projects within the energy infrastructure sector. As a key member of the landscape team, the position requires the ability to work independently, often managing projects with minimal supervision. The role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to take ownership of their projects while contributing to the growth of the landscape division.

Qualifications:

  • Proven LVIA experience is essential.
  • Chartered status or working towards it (desirable).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Benefits and Application:

The company offers a competitive salary, four day working week, performance-related bonuses, and the flexibility to work independently on projects. With the opportunity to manage your own work, you'll have control over your career growth. The role also includes one day a week in the office, providing a great balance of flexibility and team collaboration. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a CV and cover letter for consideration.
